Lost another .2. It's like a trend now .2 3 days in a row. A vein has shown up from my abs to my upper leg. First time ever. A new low in body fat percentage.

Never. Always hungry for more. The rent will always be due. You can't be satisfied cause then you take steps back that you can't afford if you want to maintain or keep improving.
