Yeah.. but I'm actually trying to put some on again Lol.. got it up to 7 n a half stone then went on holiday n went back down again.. only lost about 5lbs but when you're on the verge of being underweight it's quite a lot.. OH well.. home again for a week so stuffing my face with Nuts, brown rice, avocados, spuds etc!
