I wrote 2 journal entries and can't find them! I can't believe I'm still having tech issues! Anyway, yay I'm still going down slow but sure. I adjusted my goal weight for the next goal, my last one. It's the weight I was when I got married 45 years ago! I know it won't look the same but I know I'll feel great !
64.2 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
