Been doing light weight training and switched to Rebacca Louise’s Miley Cyrus leg workout and 10 minute ABs, something I couldn’t imagine doing before. The weight is going down slowwwly but hopefully I’m gaining muscle. Trying to get rid of hip fat, thigh fat and muffin top.
50.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
