Thanks for asking, a Raw Vegan Fast is that everything I eat is uncooked, and is either vegetables, fruit, nuts or seeds, raw honey for sweetener. Yes, no dairy, no meat, no bread, no sugar...a pretty big challenge for me, but I did it!

You can't cook the veggies at all? So basically salads? I'm thinking I could try something like that for a week or so but it's hard to get sufficient protein from salad greens. Are beans okay? Oh, but you can't cook them, right? Honey for tea?

Hi Frittzy 22, Fresh fruit and vegetables and nuts and seeds. But it doesn’t have to feel like just salads. Today for example, my wife made Flax Seed Crackers using our food dryer. Then tonight I had an amazing tasting meal with fresh avocado, tomatoes, lettuce and mushrooms covered with salt, spike, and nutritional yeast for flavor. Then I layered them onto the Flax Seed Crackers for a very unique tasting meal. Good luck!
