Not sure why my weight is spiking. I did drink a diet coke last night. Do diet drinks spike insulin levels? I believe they are high in sodium. Today I am only going to eat one meal dinner. Decrease my high protein and go for a little higher fat( for satiation)
80.1 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

I’m also curious about the effect of ‘free’ sodas. They really get me through those snack cravings but are they really zero drinks? I typically love the Zevia brand

Sounds like you are making a plan and working your program. I guess some of this is trial and error.
