Today is the 1st day of the wellness challenge and I have the InBody composition analysis. 61 pounds of fat. I have to lose 30 pounds of fat. My total weight is 163.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

me too. I don't pay attention I just eat what I want. When I pay attention I stay on track.
