Do not feel my thighs rubbing together and yet I'm up a bunch. I'm drinking more water today and moving as I did yesterday (Saturday).
107.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
