OK I have had it with this 1 pound up and down. Didn't have time to eat the chinese zoodles with chicken at work so came home and filled up on sweats. Need to do a diet plan for today with low carb and calories and do my workout. Need to get back on track. Only 5 pounds to go and I am slacking off. BAD.
