The body is weird... two days ago I was 205, yesterday at 203.5, today at 201... no fasting, and even eating more than my calories allotment.. no complaints, just weird...
91.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
