Diddlee's Journal, 14 Sep 19

Step on the scale this morning to see what a 'normal day' do, and see a one pound drop. Yesterday I felt a need for a day without exhaustion from this Lift-Eat-Heal program.

It was nice to eat little, and do things like trimming the garden, washing the truck inside and outside, cleaning windows, fixing a tyre, etc.

My GF went to the marked, and I asked to bring home an ice cream cone. She got one for both of us. This made it even more into a micro holiday. Read the label of the vanilla cone, and see coconut and palm oil on the ingredients list. Nice, no seed oil. Also noticed it was low in Fructose vs Glucose and found it did not bring on a crazy hunger. No apparent water gain either.

My weight is sort of unimportant right now. Focus much more on having the energy to do a lot, and to keep appetite controlled by being selective with the food choices.

All up, yesterday was a very nice micro holiday. Coffee time... and will have to decide on what to do today after breakfast.

Happy day to you.

tatauu22 Thank you. Started today with 2 eggs and 3 homemade Vienna sausages. It didn't do much good. The made an omelette with 4 eggs and a lot of homemade ham. That did the trick. Energy flow started up. Already feel sweaty from having started weight lifting. Back to exhaustion. 😜

Once you start lifting on a regular basis, the weight doesn’t move too much. Let us know the variety or system you’re following. Make sure you secure the sleep 😴, minimum of 7 hours & the body loves to burn the Cals!!
