Back at work today after off for 3 weeks. I was bad. Weighed myself this morning as a starting point to turn this around. I cannot believe I've let this happen. So busy at work, so try to connect tonight to enter more and catchup.

Worked late & missed 5:30pm gym class. Not starting good. But today I was too busy to think of eating anything bad except decent lunch & snacks I brought. NO SNACKING LATER TONIGHT & must make gym tomorrow.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
