Well it's been a while! I've been reluctant to weigh in because of this transition time and less controlled and undocumented eating . We're back home now after a summer at the cottage and routines are a little scattered. But alas I could not delay any longer. Hopefully I'm back on track. I managed to track the last 4 days of eating, so that's good.
64.8 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
