NSV, i can do some of them sit-ups finally. only like 7, but still. didn't use to get off the floor at all just few months ago.
95.1 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is indeed huge. ☺️ From none to many "just like that." now I'm obligated to keep at it or lose what i gained. Push ups are coming closer to reality... I guess I could try some clean ones this weekend.
