I doubt this is a true reflection of my weight. I know it should be around 136lbs. I'm gonna weigh in again by Wednesday and see. I had alot to eat yesterday, and I did drink 1 Gallon of water. So I feel I am retaining water. I guess I will know by Wednesday.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
