recently been sticking to healthier options and smaller portions and hoping this small change is sticking. my goal is 95 for december, it’s not much but it will be a challenge.
44.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
