Diddlee's Journal, 13 Sep 19

This is so weird. I try to eat as much as possible these days, and the scale keep on hovering. It's like the body like to stay at this weight.

Wake up feeling restless and full of energy. Had a normal 6.5 hour sleep yesterday. The muscles feel good, healing complete. Those rest days are boring, but serve a function.

FullaBella That's a good question. I've been trying to get rid of that last bit of belly fat for several months now. Tried hard core controlled dieting, and got many complaints about looking too thin, all while my stubborn belly fat was still there. Now I blindly focus on getting some more meat on my bones, so I do not look so thin. This new approach requires a lot of eating and lifting. What gets me is that despite feeling awfully full most hours of the day, the weight stay fairly stable. Weird this is, after such a long time with mindful portion control. Basically have not goals in regards to weight right now. Just observe the number from time to time.

liv001 Thank you. I'm surprised by eating 5 pounds of food each day is no problem. It's exhausting to eat that much. Today I figure I need a plain normal day. Washed the car, did some gardening and cleaning, and eat little. Even had an ice cream cone. (Follow the rule of not having things like that in the house) It's just wonderful to not be exhausted for a day. Realize this lifting project require a break now and then. Wishing you a wonderful day. Guess you may take a walk in that beatiful gym of yours.
