Ate too much at lunch with mom yesterday, but cut my calories last night. Hung out with my sis, the twins and their SIL. It was fun.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
