No loss since last weigh in, but made it through a camping weekend without gaining anything. Lot's of exercise helped. Had a big loss just before the last weigh in as well so the calorie deficits this weekend probably allowed me to consolidate that loss.

Road America next weekend will be tough. Looking forward to making some progress this week and hopefully getting through another potentially tough weekend with minimal gain. Signed up for the Tour de Road America which will prevent me from going overboard for at least one day and allow me to get a bike ride in during the weekend.

Am finding the super low calorie beer (Bud55 and MGD64) to be very useful. Once the beer starts flowing it's very easy to get off track, but being low calories helps limit the damage, and lower alcohol is also useful.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
