I really blew it this weekend!! Horrible food choices all weekend long. But it reminded me how awful, and sluggish, and sick I feel when I indulge in bad foods. I feel good about going into this week, remembering that feeling after those meals, is what’s going to fuel me each time I make a food choice this week. Feeling confident!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry... I do think when I feel I messed up and then "Enjoy" the results of feeling rotten from my choices, it helps me get back on track more quickly. I only wish one lesson was enough for me! 🙄 Hang in there!!! 😁
