I really blew it this weekend!! Horrible food choices all weekend long. But it reminded me how awful, and sluggish, and sick I feel when I indulge in bad foods. I feel good about going into this week, remembering that feeling after those meals, is what’s going to fuel me each time I make a food choice this week. Feeling confident!
