So today is part of my 36 hour fast with DeLauer group. I have been gaining for the past months.
106.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I'm a member of the "Real Salt Fasting" group on FB (https://www.facebook.com/groups/347950949254719/). The next "group effort" 72-hour fast begins on Tuesday, 09/10, and I'm going to go for it! I see the DeLauer "Private Keto Group" too (https://www.facebook.com/groups/564635474362635/). I may check that.

So it's noon on Saturday. I normally do intermittent fasting until about 12:30 or 1 pm. Today I am doing a 36 hour fast and my stomach feels full but I want to eat to relieve uncomfortable feeling. Eating doesn't help it feel better. Fasting and doing Keto will.

Keep on ...Keto on. I have been IT 18/6 for 18 months. I played around with extended fasting but found it too uncomfortable. I admire you the effort. Congrats!

I've let go of 7.6# since starting 30 Day Challenge with 36 hour fast. Should I be doing more fasting?

I would just go with what the challenge says. When in comes to fasting it is up to you. I never fasted more than 24 hours and usually I just IF and that worked fine for me
