Day 4 Down 1.2lbs. would have liked to be down more, but can't expect to always be down quite a bit, I guess. Went to bed at 1.30am this morning & had really poor sleep until 8.30am. Was up a about 5 times during the night. Just have a hard time sleeping. At 8.30 took my meds with my orange juice. Also took tylenol for this persistent headache, which I know is sugar withdrawal. Then slept on & off til I forced myself to get up at 3pm. Not good, because it means I won't sleep again tonight. 3pm Having a toasted multigrain bagel with becel & banana. Had supper at 7pm. Made tossed salad with hard boiled egg,shrimp fried in coconut oil & garlic,imitation lobster & 2tbsp of homemade dressing. Also had approx 300cals worth of oven fried seasoned wedges.
8pm Was looking for something sweet. I still had about 1/3 of yesterdays smoothie in the fridge. Added a couple of ice cubes to that & drank that over the next hour. Water & sugarless gum the rest of the night watching TV. No exercise done today. Will try for 5 days a week, taking a break on the weekends for now. It's now 3am (Sunday) & I just weighed myself & the scale is reading 216.4. I hope I'll lose some overnight. What I ate today is still so much less & more healthy than all the chocolate I normally consume especially at night, but I must try to think over the long term & try to stay with this eating plan.
