i'm back to work, so walking a lot more this week, like 15,000 steps a day which might not be good for my ankle rehab., but helps out in every other way. I was very disappointed to learn a strength training class for beginners has been cancelled because not enough registered for the course.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
