Flucking Fluctuations. I don't know how one goes to the gym and eats light and gains weight overnight. Still in one-derland so that's a score. I was super tired yesterday afternoon but I feel a lot better this morning. Have lots of work so I better get to it.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
