I expected the weigh gain with what I ate yesterday. It seems that some do a fast on here. I am the opposite I spoil myself with a meal that I have been longing for as a reward. Will probably do the same tonight. It is so good to have time off and be able to cook a good hot meal.

Thanks Liv001. One of the greatest pleasures in life is a good meal that you really like. Watching my weight is important but everyone deserves what ever their greatest pleasure is.
