Same water weght going up and down. Did not sleep again. Tired, work load is overwhelming again, plus the future is very uncertain with the reorg, so I have no desire to keep killing myself by working 24x7.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
