Good morning, hope everyone has a great day. Mine started out sucky evertime I eat to much sodium I seem to gain weight I am hoping it's just fluid and it won't stay around.😥😥😥😥
134.4 kg Lost so far: 92.4 kg.    Still to go: 66.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm sure it's sodium. Drink some water and ease it in out of your body.

Thank you very much. It really upset me I am trying to work so hard to get the weight off my husband said I am doing good and that it will be okay.

This happens to me too, I usually drink a bunch of water to try to rehydrate and flush out the excess sodium. Don't give up, it may take a couple days until the extra pounds drop off on the scale but I'm sure it's just water retention.

Hi Brenda, exactly me yesterday... And after trying so hard it is really tough. But today I'm down most of the gain and less than a pound to get back to goal. Our bodies are so strange sometimes. We just have to hold on and do what we know works. I was crazy faithful for two weeks and lost almost nothing. Lightened up a tiny bit the third and lost three pounds. It can just be confusing! 😁 Hang in there. You know how to do this and you are doing great!!! 😁 ♥️ Hugs!

Melissatwa, Thank you I just have to work on my sodium but it's so hard everything you eat has sodium in it but I did switch over to light salt that way that cut down on some of my sodium. You are doing a great job too.😊. Hugs

Has your doctor told you that you have a problem with sodium, such as sodium - sensitive high blood pressure?

Oh yes! I can relate to this one. Just account it to fluctuation. We all do this for one reason or other. Remember, water is a friend to us and keep doing the great job you are doing!

gz9gig, Yes he has I take water pills and I have high blood pressure and I am a diabetic right now they are all pretty much under control though.

Brenda, great that it's under control. I asked because I actually track sodium to see that I get enough: when eating low carb, the body sheds salt.
