Derailed several times--Kenora weekend at dragon boat racing especially. I find I do better when I'm at work and have my oatmeal for breakfast and salad for lunch. Snack time after work is really hard. Not sure what to do about heavy snacking when I get home. My plan is to resume Curves exercise program after the long weekend and my hours change back to 8:15. Very important given I'll be busy with studies this term and dragon boat exercise stops. Also, there will be less time to snack. Today will be hard with Ron's dad's birthday celebration. Will try to be good and make sure I limit my breakfast and lunch to leave room for extras. Happy about the 2 lb weight loss today!!
