Day 2 I'm down 3lbs this morning, yeah!!!

I went to bed at 10.30pm last night but was up every hour or less to pee until 5am.I then slept til 10.50am which was later than I had wanted to sleep, as I may not sleep at a regular time tonight now.
I treadmilled for 45mins, elevation 3 & 2.2 mph, then did stretching for 20 mins. It's very hard on my shoulders, however.....
I have just made my first "green" smoothie. I bought Kale yesterday, which is a vegetable I have never eaten!! So I started with a cup of water in the blender, then 3 ice cubes, 1 large leaf of Kale torn up, a golden delicious apple, cored & sliced (not peeled) 1 cup frozen raspberries, 3 tbsp vanilla yogourt & 1 scoop of mango protein powder. It looks revolting as it's a yucky shade of green, but tastes okay. I've been reading of the benefits of green smoothies, especially if I'm not getting all the vegetables & fruit into me as I should.
I would like to get into the habit of only drinking water in the evening, but I'm not sure if I will get into me all that I should eat today to keep my metabolism constant. It's already 1.30pm & I'm only now having my breakfast smoothie.
It's now 3.40pm & I've been busy doing laundry, preparing supper & making a batch of homemade Italian dressing & hard boiled eggs for a shrimp & crab salad that we'll have tomorrow night for supper. While working I ate 3 cooked fresh brussel sprouts, which were yummy & now I'm going to have my rice & fruit cocktail I made yesterday. I'm feeling very tired & would like to lie down for a nap, but won't & try going to bed at a reasonable time again tonight. I find I get tired & headachy when I try giving up sugar & chocolate. I had a headache last night when I went to bed & took 2 x-str Tylenol for it. During the night when I was up so often, I found that I still had a bit of a headache, but didn't take anything else for it. It was gone this morning, but I feel it maybe starting again now.
5.30-6pm supper
I had a very sm bowl of homemade turkey soup. 6ozs? oven baked snapper from last night, 1 cup coleslaw made with light dressing, 1 c cooked carrots & 1c cooked brussel sprouts. Water to drink.
Have been reading quite a lot about diet tips & Dr Oz on the computer today to try & keep me motivated.
7 pm & craving something sweet. still had over 8ozs of green smoothie from breakfast, so finished that. I feel like it's done the trick. Plan to stick to water for the rest of the night while watching TV.
