I an so happy. I did zero exercise because of my back and still lost three pounds. That and my back is starting to improve. Another few days of rest and I should be able to start walking again. Six more pounds and 100 pounds gone forever!
154.7 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 64.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
