Didn't do well this past week. Had company for a few days, ate dessert too many times, ate out twice & had pizza two nights. Yesterday was the only day I stuck to my IF & new way of eating.
Saw my Ortho surgeon again yesterday after having new x-rays of my left knee.
My knee is shot. Knee replacement surgery booked for March 2,2020. Meanwhile I have exercises I have to start to do to strengthen my knees for before & then continue after surgery.
