Went to the gym yesterday at 4:30pm and had low energy. I do better going in the morning or at least before 3pm. I've been hitting the hay around 8:30pm lately. Having odd dreams with familiar themes. This time I was living in some Mid-eastern dictatorship and hiding from a troop of soldiers coming to arrest me. The man I was hiding out with looked sort of like Tom Petty and he had a gun with 2 bullets for us to avoid being captured. I begged him to shoot me and woke up before he did. The next dreams were about flying, sort of hovering, over these mid-century neighborhoods with small houses, some missing roofs. I was able to walk in and out of them and the residents were older people who didn't seem to mind. The interiors were cluttered with glassware, and the furniture and walls were upholstered in tacky florals. I was late going to a baby shower and was worried about finding time to hand-decorate the wrapping paper on my gift. Weird.
