Good morning, hope everyone has a great day. I thank I need my husband to hide my scales so I won't want to weigh so much it's just sitting there and of course I just have to step on it but he said no he's leaving it right where it's at he said that the scale have nothing to do with a job I'm doing.
132.7 kg Lost so far: 94.1 kg.    Still to go: 64.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
