Good morning, hope everyone is having a good morning. I weighed this morning and I gained I don't know how unless it's from the other day when I ate to much but I am the kind of person that can look at food and gain a pound but I know I can lose it.
134.8 kg Lost so far: 92.0 kg.    Still to go: 66.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
