good gravy. almost back to my highest ever.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Let's do it. I really have lost all focus and discipline. Back to IF and working out. My age, though, 51, can't eat nearly as much nor lose nearly as fast. First step is tracking all my calories - and i know you do that religiously, so you are a great role model.

for sure it's the gravy. and all the fat. and all the carbs. which means it's me. tracking calories is the best way i have achieved weight loss - which is on me as well.
