Hedi_Lamar, I’m sorry you got completely ripped apart off of your 7 day dry fast post😔 it turned out flat out mean, instead of genuine concern or support.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sucks you got ripped apart. umm I dont dry fast for me that's extreme. But I do extreme things too that aren't recommended but for me feel right. Like I just stopped taking all meds cold Turkey. It's been about a month I guess and I'm fine. I also intermittent fast. Sooo do you bra💪
