Yeah! Not sure what did it. Did 10k steps yesterday. Slept more last night. Broke through the 151 barrier!! One pound at a time.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
