New scale, new town. Haven't stepped in a commercial gym for some time now. Went the home gym route since moving about a month ago.
Happy with my results. Maintained calorie intake. Looks like I lost weight or I'm weighing in differently with this scale.
Good to go to Cuba 😄
63.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
