18.4% bodyfat want to get my body fat % to fitness level of 15% I calculated my lean body mass as my current weight 167.6 times my current body fat percentage of 18.4% (.184 times 167.6)=30.83 pounds of bodyfat 167.6-30.83=136.77 lean body mass then use this formula to calculate my goal weight at 15% body fat. Formula is 136.77(lean body mass)÷ 1-.15(future body fat percentage goal)= new weight with no muscle mass loss at15% body fat percentage=160.9 new goal weight.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
