Stuck to my diet pretty well on my cruise at the beginning of the month. I actually maintained my weight! After I got back though, my sugar cravings really kicked in. I started "allowing" myself to have cheat days. Trying to get back on track now!
Still loving this keto/low carb life. I won my healthy wage challenges, though they don't pay out much :-/
