This week I was far from perfect. It looks like I gained 2 lbs Mon/Tue (not saying no to evening snacks). Then rest of week exact same 163.8 lbs. I'm continuing on with Daily Accountability #33 challenge this week. Emphasis on controlling snacks and increase exercise/activity.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
