Yes, I love IF, actually my weight maintenance doesn't work if I don't fast a little bit. Because I like to eat too much, so a short window eating is better for me.

I don't intentionally IF...if I eat a lot one day I tend to eat later the next cause I am still full. It is natural to eat that way. That isn't IF per se...unless you wabt to label it...it is just how to eat.

Just pick yourself back up TODAY, and carry on with your healthy self. That easy, well, make sure you dont have a bunch of food visible in your house also. cereal on top of the fridge, chips on the counter, bread out of the bread box, things like this CAN enable your mouth to produce saliva and in turn become hungry.

Also only eating at the kitchen table and refraining or plain out removong the coffe table will keep you from eating food on autopilot in front of the TV! The coffee table was a great invention for coffee consumers and then the TV came out and people started grazing right in front of there Tv's! I bet thats where obesity was born! I'm saving this post! Good Day!
