Went to the gym around 2:30 yesterday and it was crowded. I'm having trouble getting much past 20 minutes on the elliptical. Hurts my knee at first but it gets better as it gets warmed up.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
