I wonder if my scale got broken? This is not wanted nor expected... 17.8% body fat. I need to get back to the gym.
51.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.4 kg a Week

Get back to the gym cause exercise is good. But 18% body fat isn't bad. You do great!

I just make a goal to maintain no more than 5 lbs above ideal weight instead of below it. Of course, exercise should be habit and a person should be able to have a certain level of strength. But, don't get too obssessed with "the look"

@keyten, where did you find this information? I always thought the magic top number was 25??? Just curious.

Thanks for the support guys 😘 yes it’s too low for me. I eat lunch and dinner every day, I just don’t log everything. I actually have 1600/1800 per day. I lack time like crucially... I left work at 7.30 last time plus 1.5h commutex2/day... plus my kid.

As far I remember they advise 23% here. 20% and below is fitness.
