PM weigh in. 7 hrs sleep. 12.5 hrs fasted. Gym this AM. Finally got rid of most of last weekends 💦 weight ⚖. Next 5 days fasting everyday, and I meal prepped at least 5 days of food for work.
122.7 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
