Went to the gym yesterday for an hour and did all my assigned exercises. I'm slow on the elliptical because of my knees, but I got up to 17 minutes. Finally remembered my ear buds so I listened to a true crime podcast. Made the time go a lot faster.
93.2 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
