Hi from the Cottage! Getting closer by half pounds to my goal weight. About 1.5 lbs. left to go Yay! GrandKids have gone home now so food will be easier. Will miss them but will be nice to have some grown up time again!
66.5 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
