I wake up feeling so great these days. No aches or pains or overbloated belly. Even my husband said he has noticed his knees don't hurt any more after his walks. Amazing what even a 20-lb drop can do for you.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
