my problem is staying motivated. it's so darn hot here it's hard to go for a walk. you can do it hunny just cut out sweets, pasta, bread all the stuff we love. I'm tired of not fitting into my pretty dresses. I have 3 that I'm using as a goal to get into. I refuse to give up. you are handsome so don't be down on yourself. you can do this. your a good person.
