Feeling great, back to losing weight and getting fit. My gastrologist called me with good test results. I working on being WELL!!! Be Well everyone.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
